MADAME LIU, CPV, FCPV, FCPA, ASA, is Secretary General of the China Appraisal Society. She is also vice secretary general of the China Valuation Standards Board, Ministry of Finance, and a member of the China Accounting Standards Committee. Among her other appointments, Madame Liu is chairman of the China Valuation Standards Committee; member of the Stocks Issuance Review Committee, China Securities Regulatory Commission; and a Director of the State CPA Examination Committee. She also serves as an expert for Land Management Appraisal of the Ministry of Land and Resources.
