LEGAL AGREEMENT

The International Valuation Standards Council (“IVSC”) provides access to the International Valuation Standards (the “Standards”) on its website (the “Site”) under the following terms and conditions:

1. COPYRIGHT

The Standards available on or through this Site are the property of IVSC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Following your acceptance of these terms and registration as a user the IVSC authorises you to:

1. view and download a single copy of each Standard solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. to use the material contained on this Site to inform yourself of the requirements of the Standards in connection with the normal course of your business

Otherwise no part of any Standard downloaded through this site may be translated, reprinted or reproduced or utilised in any form either in whole or in part or by any electronic, mechanical or other means, now known or hereafter invented, including photocopying and recording, or in any information storage and retrieval system.For the avoidance of doubt you are not permitted to use a copy of a Standard downloaded through this Site to create a commercial product, either by reproducing it or elements of it in any material distributed for commercial gain or for use in conferences, seminars or other events.
