Daniel Kahn
Principal, Economic Advisory and Complex Securities, EY

Daniel is a partner with EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. Daniel has 20 years of experience working with business leaders to identify, quantify and manage risk.

Daniel founded EY’s Complex Securities Valuation practice and spends much of his time advising his clients on the valuation of complex debt and equity securities, on the design of complex deal structures, and on the use of statistical analyses to address a broad range of financial and strategic questions.

Prior to joining EY, Daniel completed his doctorate in Economics at Columbia University and was a member of the Economics faculty at Georgetown University.
