Thomas Lee is a partner in KPMG’s Valuation Services team and is the national lead for the Financial Instruments practice.
With over 18 years of professional advisory experience, Thomas has prepared numerous valuation opinions for the purposes of merger and acquisition transactions, portfolio pricing, strategic planning, liquidations and divestitures, corporate tax structuring and financial reporting. Thomas also has extensive experience in validating pricing models and developing valuation policy frameworks for financial instruments at various investment funds, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
Thomas has previously served on the professional practice and standards committee at the CICBV and has lectured on the topic of financial instruments to a number of academic and professional organizations.
Thomas has a degree in commerce and economics from the University of Toronto and has completed his FRM, CBV, CPA and ASA professional designations.
