Eduardo majored in Civil Engineering and acquired his M.Sc. at Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo. He concluded his graduate course in Business at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Eduardo is a partner at Contacto Consultores Associados and acts as a consultant in real estate development and housing for São Paulo City government, the São Paulo Subway Company, the IADB, the World Bank and CAF – Corporación Andina de Fomento, the Andean Economic Development Corporation.

Eduardo also acts as a court expert, real estate appraiser, dispute resolution boards’ member and lecturer in real estate and appraisal graduate courses. He is a board member of IBAPE (Instituto Brasileiro de Avaliações e Perícias de Engenharia, the Brazilian Appraisal Institute), Past President of IBAPE/SP (São Paulo Chapter of IBAPE), Past Secretary for Technical Standards at UPAV – Unión Panamericana de Asociaciones de Valuación, the Panamerican Union of Valuers’ Associations, Brazilian representative at IVSC – International Valuation Standards Council and Fellow of RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is past president and founder of LARES – Latin American Real Estate Society.
